Brief synopsis
SAFE - A tiny film about a big dilemma.
Young Karl has decided to go to the front as a volunteer fighter for freedom and democracy. In a few hours his train is going to the border.
His mother Lisa fights like a lioness to keep her beloved son from going at the last moment.
But in the end, all her efforts bounce off the determined Karl. Her attempts and arguments only seem to encourage him to go to Ukraine - with all the consequences.
Both face a painful farewell.
