Nilo Gijsbertha

Monday, September 4th, is a special evening with a guest speaker. As you
well know, we always try to invite a special filmmaker.

This time our guest is NILO GIJSBERTHA. A young filmmaker full of ambitions
and creative ideas. Of course he shows his latest film "Preshon" and tells
us certainly about the making process of his film.

Con Soeters: On December 20th, I had the pleasure of attending the premiere of the short film PRESHON at Lumière Maastricht, a debut film by Nilo Gijsbertha student at the film school. This film is based on true events of Nilo and Hillmann, both of whom have had to overcome depression and anxiety. Recounting each other's stories helped create the script Nilo wrote.
