The Hogar, an Italian-Argentine religious centre for teenage mothers, is a paradoxical place where the precocious motherhood of young teenage mothers coexists with the vow of chastity of the nuns who take them in, amidst strict rules and Christian love. Sister Paola is a young nun who has just arrived in Buenos Aires from Italy to finish her novitiate and take perpetual vows. Lu and Fati, both seventeen years old, are little girls abruptly transformed into mothers. Three different women who will influence each other's lives and their relationship with motherhood.
