The 43-year-old Iva, a worker in a Bulgarian textile factory, fights against exploitation by the unscrupulous owner Mancini. Under miserable conditions, including unbearable working hours and poor pay, she sews labels with the words “Made in EU” on the clothes. When the COVID-19 pandemic breaks out, the company does not consider it necessary to take appropriate actions. Iva becomes infected and is declared a scapegoat on suspicion of having introduced the virus. Her life spirals out of control.
