Brief synopsis
Julius Zorn accompanies many people in their daily lives, because with its supports and compression stockings, its products enable users to lead a normal and liberated life.
For this film, we were able to take a look behind the scenes in the Juzo factory and experience first-hand the attention to detail with which the seamstresses and sewers manufacture the products. It wasn't just the size of the production rooms that impressed us. It is above all the intricate work and individuality that goes into the manufacture of the individual Juzo products that we particularly remember.
To showcase the finely crafted fabrics, we used a LAOWA lens for the impressive close-ups. The close-ups allowed us to highlight the handwork of the seamstresses in a particularly beautiful way, which was then really brought out by color grading in post-production.
To get a real impression of the working methods and the location, the close-ups were supplemented with shots of the factory environment. So that we could cover the many stations in the gigantic production halls and give all the production processes their due space, we had a large team and even our editor with us to be able to view and sort the diverse material directly on site.
