Frauen gegen Stereotype - Chancengleichheit in Südtirol

Nowadays, women are no longer afraid to hold management positions and to get involved in male-dominated professions or sports. But do women really have the same opportunities as men? What are the stories behind women who assert themselves in male-dominated areas of life? The aim of the documentary is to answer these questions through portraits of different South Tyrolean women and at the same time to tell about their efforts to obtain the same professional and economic opportunities as their male counterparts and to live their femininity as they wish, without stereotypes and without fear of the prejudices of others.
