The story of the lowest point on Earth, a wild beach in Israel. It is there, on the border with Palestine, in a country where there is a constant conflict of war, that an oasis of peace has been created. A place where people come to lay their heavy bodies on the thick suspension of the Dead Sea. One day a new resident disturbs the harmony of the place. It turns out that for some, even simple juggling becomes a mathematical puzzle to be solved. “Travelling in Israel, I felt the extreme tension of checkpoints guarded by armed soldiers. Being on both sides of the wall, I felt helpless and torn apart. When, by accident, I ended up on the shore of the Dead Sea, I felt good. … I was fascinated by this place. At the same time, I realised that the tension inside me was not only about being in a country in a state of conflict. The biggest conflict I had was with my body, which despite the favourable atmosphere did not want to float on the waves of the Dead Sea. The film is about people who try to cut themselves off from the past to finally find peace, in the lowest place on Earth”, writes the director.
