Erlebnis Südtirol - Aldein. Über den Mühlenweg zum Göllersee

We start at the village square of Aldein and are expected there by the hiking guide Heike Herbst and Peter Daldoss, the head of the museum association. There we immediately make a short visit to the small village museum. But soon the hike leads us to the little church "Maria Schnee". We have a short look at the little church. Right next to it is the farm "Hof im Thal". Shiitake mushrooms, herb seedlings and oyster mushrooms are cultivated there. Andreas Kalser gives us an insight into this special mushroom cultivation for South Tyrol. We continue to the 4 mills of Aldein: a forge, a saw and two grain mills. These have been elaborately restored and are fully functional. Peter Daldoss awaits us there and explains the mills to us. The grain mill is put into operation especially for us for the TV recording. We continue the hike, passing the "Biotop
Möserwiese" and at the "Hexenstein". The hiking guide will explain some things along the way. Then we reach the beautifully situated "Göllersee". From there we will return to Aldein via the "Biegleidermoss".
