Brief synopsis
Supporting sick people in their recovery is not only a lofty goal in this regard, but above all a very deserving one.
With its large-scale recruiting campaign, the Bavarian State Chamber of Pharmacists is taking a sweeping approach and addressing a particularly diverse and large group. To this end, we spoke with many interviewees from a wide range of sectors and captured their motivation for the profession.
In doing so, we looked at all specializations, from pharmacy students to pharmaceutical commercial employees. The number of sectors to be covered in the films presented us with the challenge of shooting on location in a particularly strategic and targeted way. We therefore took advantage of synergies between the departments during production to ensure a smooth process. In the filming process, we also focused on ensuring that each subgroup really felt addressed and that the diversity of the network was shown to its best advantage.
In this film, we talked to the pharmaceutical technical assistants and gained an insight into their work. The PTAs are, in a way, the right hand of the pharmacists and support them not only in customer service, but also, for example, in the production of pharmaceutical products in the laboratories.
The interviews were underlaid with cutaways to provide a special glimpse behind the scenes. Under this umbrella, our film combines both image and recruiting film.
