It’s a very peculiar week for Paula, Betty, Charlotte, and Sandy, four friends of various ages, who work for an important Parisian newspaper and get together in the work cafeteria almost every day.

Betty, a press photographer, lives alone and travels a lot. She suggests to her friends a daring plan to stave off their physical loneliness in a most radical way.
