Brief synopsis
Balthazar is a top manager at an oil company, and has a good (but somewhat secretive) relationship with his daughter, who is a Green Party politician at the European Union.
Their public and private worlds collide when an oil tanker of a company that has just been taken over by the father’s major corporation causes a major ecological disaster on the French coast and Emma is put in charge of the investigation into the accident.
