Brief synopsis

In Graz/Austria born Helmut Eisendle lived and worked in seven European cities. During this time he wrote about thirty novels, radio plays and essays in which he developed a "dialogical consciousness of literature". The text made the words to coquettish dancers of terms and definitions, becoming a flow of words with lasting effects to language and literature.
The film follows the poet Eisendle into the "Nightland Empire" into those areas of life that open up in bars and pubs during the nights in cities, when you drink and talk when you start thinking about life, love and death. This issue the author had started to edit literarily very early.
The film is a road movie into the 'Abendland' of Helmut Eisendle.
