Ute Heidorn, born in Hanover in 1962, is a German-Austrian actress.
In 1983 she began studying acting at the Hanover University of Music, Theater and Media, which she completed with a diploma in 1987.
She was then a member of the ensemble at the Münster Municipal Theaters until 1989, then at the Nuremberg State Theater until 1992. She subsequently had engagements at the Schauspielhaus Zurich, the Tiroler Landestheater, the Tyrolean Volksschauspiele and the Innsbruck Kellertheater.
She is a founding member and has been a permanent member of the ensemble of the Staatstheater Innsbruck since 2007, where she works as an actress and director.
From 2012 to 2015 she taught at the Innsbruck Drama School.
She repeatedly worked with filmmaker Anita Lackenberger on film productions. Among other things, she embodied the title role in the ORF documentary about Hildegard Burjan in 2008 and played the role of the Saligen Fräulein in the film "Vals" and the role of Roswitha Pichler in "A Wilde Summer - The Wachausaga", and she also acted in this film Casting Director.
In 2023, Ute Heidorn played the role of Theresa Willinger in Anita Lackenberger's third full-length film "Elfi".
