    Brief synopsis

    When Marie's boyfriend proposes to her in front of his entire family, she doesn't know what to say and flees to the countryside to think about her life in solitude. But she is not really alone there either - her thoughts accompany her, they are all around her, in the flesh: her mother pesters her with baby names, ex-boyfriends climb from trees and a woman in a sari narrates her life in poems. Finally, her would-be fiancé joins her and his own baggage of thoughts clashes with hers. But what happens when you show your thoughts to each other? How much honesty can a relationship endure?
